Ways to Transform Challenges:
Challenge

Dialogue
with Change Marry Carroll Moore
If you'd like to explore more spiritually successful change in your
own life, try the following exercise. It helped me greatly after
a car accident left me with a stiff neck and a need to rest a lot...
Exercise:
Imagine your current change is a person you can speak with. Close
your eyes and ask your change:
* How are you helping me?
* What positive gifts are you bringing me?
* What spiritual skills are you giving me?
* What new spiritual levels are you leading me toward in my life?
In your journal, write the answers you receive from your change.
Now, write your response to these answers. Do you believe them?
Ask the change to elaborate, if you like.
Throughout this exercise, write as fast as you comfortably can.
Do not think too much...
When I asked my car accident what gift it was bringing me, the answer
was very surprising: "To get you to slow down."
