Process: Transforming Negative Emotions to Experience the Positive

INTRODUCTION
Fear. Guilt. Sadness. Anger. Poor self esteem. Arrogance. Pain. Apathy. Jealousy. Regret. Overwhelm. Helplessness. Loneliness. Dread. Unworthiness. Abandonment. Shock. Remorse. Confusion. Depression. Shame. Loss. Anxiety. Judgment. Impatience. Vindictiveness. Alienation. Betrayal. Disappointment. Hate.
So many negative emotions influence our thoughts, our behavior, our bodies and how we feel about ourselves—our self esteem. We seemed trapped in the perpetual cause and effect of these negative emotions. These can become especially heightened when we experience, adversity, crisis and trauma in our lives. We try therapy, exercise, diet, meditation, and avoidance to free ourselves from their control. Sometimes we experience change. Most of the time, nothing really happens.
I offer you this powerful way to release the negative emotions that
keep you from expressing and receiving unlimited good. Using your
cognitive and intuitive ability, you will learn how to connect with
the empowerment of Creation, identify your negative emotions and
detach them from your body, mind and feelings. Then you will learn
how to release your negative emotions into the Ultimate Power of
Creation. The last stage to continues the transformation on a molecular
vibrational level.
EXPERIENCING THE RELEASE PROCESS
The patterns of your negative emotions are deeply ingrained in the
cells and atoms of your body, in the darkness of your psyche, and
in the programming of your thoughts and actions. Therefore a full
emotional release must take place through your physical, mental,
emotional and molecular levels of existence.
Before you can release an emotion you must first become aware of
what you are feeling. It is easy to identify your feeling when a
negative emotion explodes, obviously catching your attention. It
is not so easy when you only feel a fleeting moment of discomfort.
It is even more difficult when an emotion is so well hidden that
it only shows itself as an underlying debilitating mood or physical
sensation. At times you might not even be aware that you are angry
or sad.
You do not have to be the victim of your negative emotions. I encourage
you to use this process to open the door into your unconscious so
that you can clearly identify and then release the negative emotions
that are controlling you.
For the greatest success, do the process as soon as possible after
you become aware of the negative influence of an emotion. Releasing
it quickly can keep the emotion from taking control or adding fuel
to an existing harmful pattern of behavior.
You can also release negative emotions that have built up over many
years and events. The only difference is that you might have to
release several related emotions before you get to the core one.
For example, for forty five years, I used to be very anxious whenever
I heard the sound of ocean waves. I was also fearful of deep water,
especially the ocean, even though I knew how to swim. I felt an
overwhelming feeling of dread whenever I put my face in the water
for too long, because I could not take in air then hold my breath
and release the air under water.
In doing the Release Process, the memory of nearly drowning in the
ocean as an infant was revealed to me for the first time. I re-experienced
primal fear, helplessness and then rage for my mother's betrayal
in not taking care of me in the water. When I brought the transforming
power of Creation into the experience, I saw my mother's arms reaching
out to me. Feeling her arms holding me safe once more, I no longer
felt abandoned. Then, waves of healing forgiveness took us to the
shore.
When I asked my mother if the incident had really happened, she
broke down crying and asked me for forgiveness. She told me that
it had happened during a time when she had been deeply depressed.
On that sunny day at the beach she lost her will to live. In a daze
she swam out into the ocean with me in her arms. As she sank into
the soothing waters looking for death to release her from her pain
she heard me choking and thrashing about above her. Her motherly
instinct to protect me became greater then her wanting to die and
she found the strength to save us both.
Because there were so many related emotions, I used the Release Process to transform each of them, one at a time. My feelings of helplessness, an aversion to being cold, and low self esteem issues resulting in a sense of unworthiness were changed for the better. Now, I experience that no matter what, I am eternal, because my under-lying core fear of my basic survival no longer exists.
Fortunately, my mother and I became much closer because her feelings
of quilt and my unconscious negative feelings had been resolved.
Moreover, I finally could enjoy the soothing sound of ocean waves
and swimming in deep water with my face in the water.
Keep in mind, I have been doing this Releasing Process for many
years and cannot guarantee that you will experience the same kind
of success when you first do it. I do know you will feel a difference
and with practice you can feel even more positive changes. [More
examples follow the process]
HOW TO USE THE RELEASING PROCESS MOST EFFECTIVELY
When you are first learning this process, give yourself at least
forty five minutes of uninterrupted time to re-read all the information
and to experience all the stages. As you learn how to do the process
you might need only ten to thirty minutes to feel the release.
To begin the Releasing Process, find a comfortable place to sit
or lie down. Then remembering to use your breath to expand your
awareness, go through the stages. If your mind wanders away to other
things or goes unconscious, just bring your attention back to your
intention. After you are done, I recommend that you write about
and/or draw your experience.
I encourage you to repeat the Releasing Process three times (You
can do this at different times or on different days), because often,
negative emotions do not want to give up their control. It is important
to use the same symbols for your negative emotions that you used
initially, for they will strengthen your inner experience.
After a month or so, if you do not notice any emotional or physical
change, perhaps you were not quite ready to totally release the
negative emotion. Be persistent and repeat this process, three more
times. In addition, check to see if there are any other negative
emotions, thoughts, body symptoms and actions that are related to
the original negative emotion you wanted to release. Release these
as well.
THE RELEASING PROCESS: STAGE ONE
CONNECTING WITH THE EMPOWERMENT OF CREATION
Experience being in an expanded state of awareness so that you can
feel the enlightening love and wisdom of Creation.

While comfortably sitting, or lying down close your eyes.
A. Inhaling and exhaling through your mouth, take six, slow deepening
breaths.
B. Feel the relaxation, the calming, the silence, more and more
with each breath you take.
C. Option: Use your own method, to take yourself into an expanded
state of consciousness.
- Welcome
Creation into your awareness.
A. See the light of Creation all around you, in you and through
you.
B. Sense uplifting love filling you up.
C. Hear the hum of Divine vibrations.
D. Feel the oneness of the universal heart beat.
- Option:
Call forth to your Divine Counselors, who are your Angels, Ascended
Master Teachers, Spirit Guides, and your own Divine Self.
A. In your mind's eye, see them near you, around you.
B. In your body's awareness, feel their unique vibrations.
C. In your thinking, know that they unconditionally love you.
- Speak
and feel your gratitude for the empowerment of Divine love, wisdom
and guidance.
STAGE
TWO
IDENTIFYING YOUR NEGATIVE EMOTIONS
Learn how to clearly identify your controlling negative emotions within
your body, thoughts and feelings.
- Name
the emotion that you want to release.
A. For example, it might be guilt, blame, helplessness, anger,
inadequacy, apathy, sadness, shame, or fear.
- Placing
your attention inside your body, call forth to the negative emotion
into your body awareness.
A. Notice where you can feel it, as an unusual sensation such
as tightness or an agitation, inside your body. (If you cannot
feel a body sensation, it is all right, just continue.)
B. Notice your emotional responses to what you have named.
C. Pay attention to your thoughts about the defined negative emotion.
- When
you have an existing physical discomfort, ask that the under-lying
emotion be identified.
STAGE
THREE
DETACHING YOUR NEGATIVE EMOTIONS FROM YOUR BODY, MIND AND FEELINGS
Discover how to separate your negative emotion from your body, by
demanding that it reveal itself to you in a symbolic form out in front
of you.
- When
you feel ready to let go of the negative emotion.
A. Call forth Creation and your Divine Counselors into your awareness.
B. Sense Divine empowerment all around you.
C. Humbly and gratefully, welcome Divine love and wisdom.
- For
instance, boldly, make claim aloud, "[Fear of dying, anger at
my partner, sadness about my friend moving away, whatever you
are feeling], reveal yourself to me in a symbolic physical way
outside and separate from me."
A. Allow whatever you see in your mind's eye or what you imagine
it to be.
B. If nothing is revealed, be persistent until the symbolic physical
form of your fear is shown as a vision or a thought.
- Again
call forth Divine empowerment into your awareness.
A. When you experience that you are not alone, humbly, gratefully
ask to be inspired to release the physical form of your fear.
STAGE
FOUR
RELEASING YOUR NEGATIVE EMOTIONS INTO THE ULTIMATE POWER OF DIVINE
CREATION
Learn how to place the symbolic form of your emotion into the transforming
light of Creation and into the hands of your Divine Counselors. Then
witness how it is transformed.
- Fully
sense your Divine empowerment all around you, for you, through
you.
- Aloud
say, "With determination and good will, I let go of my need to
do it myself. I release my [fear, anger, sadness, other feeling...]
into the transforminglight, love and wisdom of Creation and my
Divine Counselors.
- Within
your mind's eye, and in a sensory way too, place the symbolic
form of your fear into the transforming light of Divine love and
wisdom. A. While you are doing this, repeat aloud, "I release
my [fear, anger, other feeling]." two more times.
- Notice
what you see, sense, and think, as the fear is surely transformed
by Creation and your Divine Counselors.
- Aloud
say, "Gratefully, humbly, let rightful good be done, in Divine
timing, in Divine way.
- Write
and draw about your experience.
STAGE
FIVE (OPTIONAL)
CONTINUING THE TRANSFORMATION ON A MOLECULAR VIBRATIONAL LEVEL
Claiming and allowing the sensory experience of Creation and your
Divine Counselor's powerful energy enhancing your negative emotional
release.
- You
can do this stage right after the initial release or it can be
done at another time.
- Remembering
to use your breath to expand your awareness, take notice of how
your body feels.
- Call
forth to Creation and your Divine Counselors into your awareness.
- Think,
imagine, visualize, and sense the light and the essential energy
of Creation and/or your Divine Counselors all around you.
A. Option: Perceive your Divine Counselors putting their hands
on your body or inside your body where you have held the negative
emotion that you are releasing.
- Breathing
deeply, claiming rightful good, allow yourself to feel the subtle
sensations of Divine energy moving inside and around your body.
A. The process will be over when you no longer feel any vibrational
movement and/or an emotional release.
B. Feel your gratitude, while you verbally give thanks.
INSPIRATION
FROM OTHER'S EXPERIENCES
With the permission of some of my clients, I share with you their
experiences in using the Releasing Process and their results.
Sam... His depression was shown to him as a consuming black hole.
When he claimed the miracle of Divine Empowerment, the black hole
changed into a spiraling tunnel of radiant pink light. He walked through
the transcending tunnel into the Holy state of Grace to experience
his powerful self, freed from his deadening depression.
Larry... His guilt was about not being with his father when he died.
He saw his guilt symbolized by his father weeping in terror as the
angel of death approached. Speaking to his father, he asked for forgiveness
and asked the Divine Counselors to help his father as he could not.
Larry watched the angels and loved ones who were with his father when
he passed over to the other side. Feeling relief, his guilt was suddenly
gone. He finally knew then that there was nothing to forgive because
he realized that his father had not been alone when he passed over.
Jean... She observed her aversion to sex, as a seed sinking in a stormy
sea. Inspired by her angels, with courage she swam out into the consuming
waters of her emotions and re-claimed the seed of sexuality, by planting
it in her heart, where it was safe forever more. No longer overwhelmed
by her sexual feelings, she began to enjoy her sexuality.
Peter... His arrogance was shown to him as a balloon getting bigger
and bigger while balanced on the top of a pin head. When the balloon
was released into the light of Divine Empowerment it burst into showering
rose petals and healed his feelings of being inadequate.
John... His feeling of helplessness was shown to him as a man without
arms and legs. When he claimed divine empowerment, he witnessed strong
new arms and legs growing from his helpless self. He was able then
to more powerfully deal with his life.
Sally... Her feelings of low self esteem and unworthiness were represented to her by a broken mirror. Placing the mirror in the light of Divine truth, the lines that had cracked the image of herself disappeared. She experienced that she was the truth of her magnificent self who knew without a doubt that she was worthy.
Nancy... She witnessed her chronic back ache as a crumbling house.
When she released the collapsing structure of her identity into the
nurturing light of the Divine, her body, the home of her existence
was restored once more. With confidence Nancy stood tall with renewed
strength. Within five days her back ache was gone.
With faith and trust in the miraculous powers of Creation, as you
patiently and persistently use this Releasing Process, you can become
free of your controlling negative emotions. When your negative emotions
are transformed into positive ones, you can meet all the challenges
in your life in a new and miraculous way. At last you can experience
the positive potential in yourself, in others and in all of life.
